Played Integral Role in Successfully Onboarding new multinational clients: Collaborative Efforts and Expertise Showcased in Navigating Complexities and Ensuring Client Satisfaction.

As an integral member of NTT Data's IT team, I played a crucial role in facilitating the onboarding process for Centene Corporation, a Managed Healthcare insurance company.

Working closely with my diverse team and engaging with client representatives, we tackled various challenges, including understanding client needs, establishing SLAs, and creating initial KBs. Through our collaborative efforts, we ensured a smooth transition, laying a solid foundation for a successful partnership with Centene Corporation.

As a member of Hitachi's IT team, I played a key role in the onboarding process for our new client Alteryx, a multinational tech company. 

Collaborating closely with my multicultural team and with the customer representatives, we navigated challenges such as understanding client requirements, establishing SLAs, and developing initial KBs. Our concerted efforts led to a seamless transition, setting the stage for a successful partnership with Alteryx.

I am currently trying to learn a third language, Japanese, and preparing to obtain my CompTIA A+ Certification.
